  1. WinMacro is a 16 bit Windows application supplied with WinBatch becuase of
  2. its incredible usefulness as a macro recorder.
  3.  
  4. WinMacro has a two roles.
  5.  
  6.    1) A keystroke recorder.
  7.       Keystroke recording works in both Windows 95 and Windows NT
  8.  
  9.       WinMacro records keystrokes to a file that may be pasted into a 
  10.       WinBatch script.  It uses WinBatch SendKey statements.  A lot
  11.       of people like to record some keystrokes, and use that as the
  12.       basis for a more complicated script.

  17.    2) Program Launcher / Hot Key processor.
  18.  
  19.       WinMacro was designed to hang menus on the system (Alt-Spacebar)
  20.       menu of any application.  These menus can be selected via the
  21.       system menu with mouse or keyboard, or via a hotkey defined for
  22.       the menu item.  When a menu item is selected, a program - usually
  23.       a WinBatch script - is launched.

  27.                   If you do not need hot-keys, we suggest using the PopMenu
  28.                   supplied with WinBatch 95 instead.

  30.       Windows NT  Menu attaches ONLY to 16 bit applications

  32.                   WinMacro can basically be used as a keystroke recorder.
